Member's may submit their open-source intelligence / investigative referrals directly to Fairlead. Once received, a Fairlead representative will confirm the referral with the Member, intake, and triage the assignment.
Members can simply submit an assignment request to Fairlead Group directly from the website. Receipt of the request is confirmed and all available information is entered into Fairlead Group's exclusive case management software.
The assignment is reviewed carefully and an initial action plan is defined. Fairlead Group communicates the strategy brief to the assignor for approval, allowing them the ability to focus on their daily responsibilities instead of agonizing over the details of a claim investigation.
Based on the approved plan of action, Fairlead Group takes on the time-consuming task of briefing and deploying the appropriate resources to achieve Open-Source, Surveillance & SIU investigative goals. Licensed Fairlead Group investigators execute all assignments within the defined strategy.
Fairlead Group communicates the most up-to-date investigative findings to the assignor to make a determination for next steps. Any potential alterations to the initial plan of action can be made at this point to complete the required investigation.
All evidentiary results are presented from combined services in an easily-consumable digital experience with secure links that provide actionable granularity on every case. Fairlead Group will make custom considerations for any future recommended action plans on a case-by-case level.
